Merry CHRISTmas 2007

We had a wonderful CHRISTmas this year and hope that y'all did too!

Traditionally, we attend church for a candlelight service on CHRISTmas eve and then go home for some of Toni's Chili and open 1 gift mailed from relative i.e. a gift mailed from San Diego, Iowa, etc.. Then we might play a game of scrabble or just chat until bedtime.
CHRISTmas morning the kids would leave their rooms come wake us up and we would all approach the tree together and discover what Santa had left for them. This year Reagan had that privilege.
Additionally, we have a "pickle" gift. We have an pickle for an ornament which we hide on the tree on CHRISTmas eve. Toni and I purchase a gift which anyone could enjoy. The pickle rewards it finder with this extra gift. Since our family has grown we now have two "pickle gifts" a big one and a small one. So we hide two pickles on the tree. The big pickle is easier to find as it is about 5 inches long. the small pickle is much smaller and therefore renders a nicer gift.
Finally, we make gingerbread houses. I remember doing this one as boy and it is easy to to teach future generations. All of these make each CHRISTmas a good memory.

This year ...
We were blessed with the Mendez family joining us. Here you see Roxi and her daughters Candice, and Catherine and her boyfriend Joey.

Dustin and Candice enjoy their first fiance' Christmas.

RaeAnn and Reagan look like their are having a wonderful time.
Reagan really liked her soft puppy...

Reagan says "MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!"

Here are the "Pickle" hunters....
The Pickle finders Rick(small pickle) and Dustin (big pickle)...

The big pickle gift is a SOUND of Music DVD (Candice likes it more than Dustin. haha)
The small picle gift is an authentic NFL Jaguars sideline cap.

That's all for now we hope to hear from you all too!
